Refund policy

Each piece is produced especially for you, in your chosen format and finish. As every print is made to order, returns are not possible after production. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, custom-made or personalized goods are exempt from the standard right of return, as they are produced specifically to order.

Damages and defects: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We require photographic evidence within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a full reprint or refund at no cost to you.

Lost in transit: If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a full reprint or refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
